About this event
Constitution Day is a national public holiday on the Bank of Thailand list for Thursday 10 December 2026, so government offices and bank branches close while Bangkok's shops, restaurants and attractions trade as normal. It is one of the quieter holidays of the year, with no major festival programme attached. Falling on a Thursday, it makes a natural long weekend for domestic travel out of the capital.
