Attractions
The things worth booking.
The temples, viewpoints, parks and day trips that people build a Thailand trip around, city by city.
For each one we tell you how it is really booked (timed entry, advance only, a boat timetable, or just turn up) and give you a booking button wherever we have a partner link; where we do not, the card says how to book it, or that entry is free.
Before you go
A Thailand eSIM
Land connected: a data eSIM bought before you fly is the simplest way to have maps, translation and ride-hailing working from the arrivals hall. The main networks (AIS, True, dtac) all sell tourist eSIMs, and the airport halls sell physical SIMs if your phone needs one.
How to book: Buy the eSIM online before departure, or a tourist SIM at any airport arrival hall with your passport.

Suvarnabhumi's rail link is the traffic-proof route into the city, but a pre-booked car wins with luggage, children or a late arrival: the driver waits in arrivals and the price is fixed before you land.
How to book: Booked online per car, not per person; the rail link needs no booking at all.

The Gulf and Andaman ferries set the islands' rhythm, and the fast boats sell out at festival weekends. Buying the crossing with the hotel, or a few days ahead, protects the plan in a way turning up at the pier does not.
How to book: Ferry and bus-boat joint tickets are sold online by the operators (Lomprayah, Seatran and others) and on the platforms.
