Loy Krathong falls on Tuesday 24 November 2026, the full moon of the twelfth lunar month, a date fixed nationally. In Nakhon Ratchasima the night centres on the old city moat around the Thao Suranari monument quarter and on Bung Ta Lua park, where the municipality runs a krathong contest and stage programme.
