About this event

Mu Ko Chang covers Koh Chang and more than fifty islands in Thailand's easternmost sea. Its visitor season follows the Gulf's eastern weather: from November to April the snorkelling and diving boats run on calm water, the Khlong Phlu and Than Mayom waterfalls still carry the rains' flow, and the island's forest trails are at their driest. The park is open year round, with sea conditions roughest in the June to October monsoon. The window shown is the published calm season pattern, so this record is marked expected.
