About this event
Every Thai province holds a Red Cross fair as its main annual fund raising festival, and Ang Thong's runs across the New Year period at the provincial hall grounds, with local product and food stalls, a Red Cross raffle and gift shop, fairground rides and nightly concerts. Ang Thong has no other dated record in this dataset, and its festival calendar is otherwise made of temple fairs announced weeks ahead. The 2026-27 dates are not yet published by the provincial Red Cross chapter; the window shown follows the standard late December to early January pattern of provincial Red Cross fairs, the same basis as the dataset's existing Red Cross fair records for Chiang Mai, Chonburi, Ayutthaya and Mukdahan.
