About this event

Chiang Khan's Chai Khong Road, a lane of century old wooden shophouses facing the Mekong, becomes a walking street at weekends: stalls sell local food, woven cotton and souvenirs, and the evening ends with the town's famous morning sequel, the dawn sticky rice alms round along the same street. Weekly fixtures were outside the dataset's earlier convention; this season record is included under the Pass F brief and is marked expected because the span is this dataset's window rather than a dated edition. Weekend evenings are the full edition, with Friday stalls added in the cool season peak.
