About this event
Expected record based on a settled lunar pattern, not a published 2027 date. TAT derived listings state that the Bang Fai Sky Rocket Festival is organised annually on Visakha Puja Day at Wat Ton Pho Si Maha Pho in Si Mahosot District, with the lighting of the Bang Fai sky rockets, a Soeng traditional dance competition in the rocket procession and celebratory performances. Visakha Bucha Day in 2027 falls on 20 May, so the festival is expected on Thursday 20 May 2027.
