About this event

On Saturday evenings Wua Lai Road, the historic silversmith street south of Chiang Mai's Old City, closes for the week's second walking street: silver workshops open late, and stalls sell crafts, clothing and street food along the road and around Wat Sri Suphan, the silver temple. Weekly fixtures were outside the dataset's earlier convention; this season record is included under the Pass F brief and is marked expected because the span is this dataset's window rather than a dated edition. The market is a standing weekly fixture, smaller and more local in feel than the Sunday market.
