About this event
The Don Chedi Memorial Fair commemorates King Naresuan's elephant back duel victory of 1593 at the monument built over the battle site. For about two weeks from 18 January, the anniversary date the province keeps, the fairground hosts a large provincial fair with light and sound reenactments of the battle and the royal duel as the nightly centrepiece, plus food, products and concerts. The 2027 programme is not yet published by the province. The window shown follows the fair's fixed pattern, opening on the 18 January anniversary, and will be updated when Suphan Buri province announces the edition.
