About this event
Erawan's seven tiered waterfall is Kanchanaburi's headline nature site, and its season runs from the end of the rains: from November the water clears to its famous emerald blue and all seven tiers are swimmable, through the cool season and into May, before the monsoon muddies the falls and closes upper tiers in the heaviest rain. The park is open year round, with tier closures set by rangers on the day in the wet season. The window shown is the published clear water season pattern, November to May, so this record is marked expected.
