About this event
Loy Krathong falls on Tuesday 24 November 2026, the full moon of the twelfth lunar month, a date fixed nationally and carried in the dataset's Bangkok record. Phuket marks the night at two main grounds: Patong Beach, where hotels and the municipality set up floating areas and stage shows, and Saphan Hin Park in Phuket Town, whose lagoon draws local families with their krathongs. Phuket's local programme is published by the municipalities close to the festival. This record follows the fixed national date, so it is marked expected rather than official.
