The festival is an established annual event held over three days in February shortly after Chinese New Year, with the 2026 edition reported on 21 to 23 February 2026, so the same late February pattern is expected for 2027 until Phuket City Municipality or the Tourism Authority of Thailand publishes the 2027 dates. Thalang, Dibuk, Phang Nga and Krabi roads become walking streets with cultural parades, light shows and local food.
