About this event
The Chiang Mai Flower Festival has run since 1977, with flower covered parade floats, orchid and chrysanthemum displays, plant sales and cultural shows at Nong Buak Haad Park. The 2027 dates are not yet confirmed by Chiang Mai Municipality, so this record is expected: the traditional slot is the first weekend of February, 5 to 7 February 2027, but recent editions have drifted, and the 2026 edition ran a week later, from 13 to 15 February, so the weekend should be checked before booking. The parade and park displays are free.
