The Chiang Mai Winter Fair and OTOP showcase, with the provincial Red Cross fair, ran from 9 to 23 January 2026 behind Chiang Mai Provincial Hall, a fifteen day run with local product stalls, government exhibitions, nightly concerts and the Miss Chiang Mai pageant. The 2027 edition is not yet confirmed by the province or TAT, so this record is expected: it follows the same pattern, fifteen days starting on the second Friday of January. Entry to the fairgrounds is free.
