About this event

Sing Buri's signature event is its fish eating festival, built on the Mae La River's snakehead fish, long considered the tastiest in Thailand. Across the festival the town's restaurants and street stalls serve fish in every form, with a giant fish curry pot, cooking demonstrations and local product stalls, timed to the New Year holiday crowds. The 2026 dates are not yet published by the province. The window shown follows the festival's established late December to New Year pattern and will be updated when Sing Buri province announces the edition.
