Venue fact sheet · Bangkok
Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC)
The Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre, BITEC, is an exhibition and convention centre in the Bang Na district of Bangkok, reached by a covered skywalk from the BTS. This sheet gathers the practical facts for a visit from the sources that actually publish them: the venue itself, its main ticketing channel, and the transport operator.
- Nearest station
- BTS Sukhumvit Line, Bang Na Station (E13), Exit 1. A covered skywalk provides direct access to the Welcome Hall, and an indoor skywalk with travelators runs direct to the event halls.
- Doors and entry
- The venue publishes no standing gates or opening pattern. Entrances are numbered: Entrance 3 from Sukhumvit Road, and Entrances 1 and 2 from Bangna-Trad Road. Gate times are set per event; the ticketing page for one concert listed gates at 5 p.m. for that event only.
- Bags
- No maximum bag size is published by the venue, and no standing bag limit is published by its ticketing channel. The venue's lockers come in various sizes (see Cloakroom and lockers).
- Cloakroom and lockers
- Yes. A secure locker service for bags, personal items and valuables runs at three locations: G Floor at BITEC LIVE, B1 Floor at Orange Void, and 2nd Floor at Link Bridge.
- Tickets and ID
- Ticketing channel rule (Thai Ticket Major): collect the physical ticket at the venue on show day, at least 1 hour before the show, with the purchasing credit card and the cardholder's ID card or passport; postal delivery (THB 65) or a Bangkok messenger (THB 150) are the alternatives, and E-Ticket and Print-at-Home are also offered through the buyer's account or confirmation email. Per event (OH MY FOURTH CONCERT at BITEC LIVE): the ID or passport number entered at purchase must match the original ID presented to collect the ticket.
- Not allowed
- The venue's FAQ publishes no prohibited items list. Per event (OH MY FOURTH CONCERT at BITEC LIVE, on the official ticketing page): outside food and drink, weapons and sharp objects, flash photography, long telephoto lenses, recording and live streaming, and lifted banners are prohibited.
- Children
- The venue publishes no standing age rule. Per event: Ticketmelon lists one BITEC LIVE show, TEN, as no age restriction, while Thai Ticket Major required a ticket for children over 90 cm at OH MY FOURTH CONCERT. The visitor guide describes nursery rooms for breastfeeding and nappy changing; no stroller rule is published. A Kids' Zone sits at SAMA Garden.
- Accessibility
- Three elevators for disabled visitors on B1 at EH98, EH100 and EH103, disabled parking in the indoor car park on B1, and complimentary wheelchair loan at the Information Counters at EH98, EH100 and EH103, the Business Centre and the Visitors Centre, with staff assistance. Accessible restrooms are available throughout the venue. No step free entrance route is described, and no bookable accessible seating product or booking route is published.
- Prayer and halal food
- Prayer rooms are located on B1 Floor, near EH100 and EH103, and the visitor guide describes a dedicated prayer room for visitors of different faiths. Halal food: not published by the venue; it lists an international food court, cafes and restaurants, with no halal named option.
- Last trains home
- Line level (BTS, the Sukhumvit Line operator): the last train departing Siam toward Samrong, the direction through Bang Na, leaves at 00:15, and the last train from Siam to all stations leaves at 00:02. BTS publishes the exact last departure from Bang Na (E13) only in a dynamic station table, so no station specific time is published in the sources checked.
Luggage storage near the venue
Bounce has no point near BITEC itself: its nearest point is near Phra Khanong station, about 4.5 km away, from THB 80 per bag per day. At the venue, the locker service in the Cloakroom and lockers row above is the on site option. See our luggage storage page for the wider Bangkok picture: airport counters, mall counters and station lockers.
What is not published
Checked and not published, as of 3 November 2026: a maximum bag size; the gates and opening pattern; halal food; a stroller rule; the exact last departure from Bang Na (the line level times are in the Last trains home row). We show the gaps rather than fill them from third party guides.
