Venue fact sheet · Pak Kret
IMPACT Muang Thong Thani
IMPACT Muang Thong Thani is an exhibition, convention and arena complex in Pak Kret, north of Bangkok, now reached by the Pink Line. This sheet gathers the practical facts for a visit from the sources that actually publish them: the venue itself, its ticketing channels, and the transport operator.
- Nearest station
- Pink Line, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Station (MT01), Exit 3, which connects to the Challenger Halls by the Sky Entrance. Lake Muang Thong Thani Station (MT02) serves IMPACT Forum and the Lakeside.
- Doors and entry
- No standing gates pattern is published. Per event window only: for one 2025 event period the venue published Sky Entrance hours, MT01 to Challenger on weekdays from 08:00 to 22:00 and on weekends and holidays from 08:00 to 23:30, and MT02 to IMPACT Forum daily from 07:00 to 20:00. Those hours were published for that event window, not as a standing venue rule.
- Bags
- No standing bag size limit is published by the venue or its ticketing channels. Per event (4EVE at IMPACT Arena, on Eventpop): luggage of any size or type, and large bags exceeding 40 cm in height, are not allowed in the venue. That 40 cm figure is the only bag dimension found at any venue in this research, and it is an event rule, not a venue rule.
- Cloakroom and lockers
- No cloakroom, locker or left luggage service is published on the venue's current pages, or in the terms and event pages of its ticketing channels. See Luggage storage near the venue below.
- Tickets and ID
- The format varies by event and channel; there is no single venue wide format. Per event: BABYMONSTER at IMPACT Arena, on Thai Ticket Major, is paper tickets only, and the confirmation email is explicitly not a ticket; 4EVE, on Eventpop, is an E-Ticket QR code exchanged at the venue for a PVC card. Ticketing channel rule (Thai Ticket Major, Arena concerts): the full name in English printed on the ticket must match the ID or passport at entry; names cannot be changed or transferred, and a mismatch or duplicates can mean denied entry without a refund. Eventpop states the same pattern for its events.
- Not allowed
- The venue publishes no standing prohibited items list. Per event: at BABYMONSTER (Thai Ticket Major and Live Nation Tero), all non-smartphone cameras and recording equipment are prohibited; at 4EVE (Eventpop), outside food and drink, drugs, sharp objects, explosives, weapons, flammables, pets, folding chairs, air horns and lasers are prohibited, and signs over A4 are not allowed.
- Children
- The venue publishes no standing age rule. Per event (BABYMONSTER, Thai Ticket Major): under 12s are barred from the standing zone, under 7s are not recommended, and under 16s must be accompanied. The terms for 4EVE on Eventpop differ, which confirms that age rules at the Arena are set per event. No stroller rule is published.
- Accessibility
- The venue states that it provides facilities for the elderly and those who require special assistance, and it holds a Friendly Design for MICE Venue certification, awarded at the Thailand Friendly Design Expo 2025, for universal accessibility; no step free entrance route is described in detail. Booking route, through the ticketing channels: Thai Ticket Major asks concertgoers who need special assistance or have disabilities to email cs@thaiticketmajor.com or call 02 262 3838 in advance; on Eventpop, wheelchair users buy any zone, then contact support with the order number to reserve a wheelchair seat. No accessible seating map and no accessible toilets are published.
- Prayer and halal food
- Prayer room: not published on the venue's current pages, and no ticketing, promoter or operator source checked mentions one. Halal food: the venue's own dining page lists Thonglor Authentic Thai Cuisine-Halal, certified by the Central Islamic Council of Thailand, at Lobby Challenger 3. It opens only on selected event days, so availability depends on the event.
- Last trains home
- Line level (MRTA, the Pink Line operator): the Pink Line branch serving MT01 runs from 06:00 to 24:00 daily. Neither MRTA nor the concessionaire publishes a station by station last departure from MT01, so the midnight close is the most precise figure the sources support.
Luggage storage near the venue
Bounce has no storage point anywhere in Muang Thong Thani or Pak Kret, and the venue publishes no visitor cloakroom. The venue's own site lists its shuttle and van services for reaching the complex. The practical move is to store bags in Bangkok before travelling out to Pak Kret: see our luggage storage page for the airport counters, mall counters and station lockers.
What is not published
Checked and not published, as of 3 November 2026: a cloakroom or locker service; accessible toilets; a prayer room; a stroller rule; a standing gates pattern; a station specific last train from MT01 (the line level close is in the Last trains home row). We show the gaps rather than fill them from third party guides.
